Important Details
What are the eligibility requirements?
To maintain our high teaching standards, you must have a minimum grade of 90% in the subject you wish to teach, verified through your academic transcript. You should also have a bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, or a related field (or be in your final year with a 3.5+ GPA in your major).
Why do I need to pay for a background check first?
The $20 background check is our first step to ensure the quality and safety of our tutor network. This fee covers the cost of verifying your identity, education, and background.
What happens after I pass the background check?
If approved, you'll be invited to enroll in our certification program. The $99 certification fee covers one subject area (Math or Physics). Additional certifications require separate enrollment.
Are these fees refundable?
No. Both the background check fee ($20) and certification fee ($99) are non-refundable. Please ensure you meet our basic requirements before applying.
Can I get certified in both Math and Physics?
Yes! However, each certification requires a separate $99 fee and complete course completion. We recommend mastering one subject before adding another.
