New! Cluster Project

A new page! Read about the
new project here.
I'm not even close to finishing this site!
Someday
this site will be a place my fellow rocketeers can go
to learn more about the NAR certification process.
Getting any level of certification is a big deal, a great
feeling, and most of all fun! It will also be a place that we
will celebrate new certifications!
Contact me with
the details of your flight and I'll post it here. During my
certification process, I had many questions and few
places to go for answers. Sure, I eventually found what I was
looking for, however I had to search all over the internet.
Hopefully, as this site matures, it will be a place to get these
answers or at least be a good starting point. For now, I do
not have much content in Level 1 and Level 2. I'm currently
working on my Level 3 which you can view
here. I've also included some pictures and
videos for you to see as well as some interesting links.
Thanks for stopping by!
I'm looking for a few
good stories!
If you would like to have
your Level 1, 2 or 3 building process and flight documented on
this site, please feel free to
contact me. I'm
looking for at least one Level 1 and one Level 2 story to put
up as soon as possible. If you already have a web site that
explains your rocket and you would like a link here, please
let me know!
Pictures
Click here to see a gallery of pictures from some of my
flights. All of the pictures are simple thumbnails that you
can click on to get a larger view.
Videos
Click here to see a gallery of
videos from some of my flights. All of the videos are listed
as simple thumbnails that you can download or stream. I've
used a very standard mpeg format so you will not have
to worry about installing a new codec. I've also included some
QuickTime files for my Apple friends. Be aware, the files are
pretty big and unless you like waiting for downloads, a high
bandwidth connection is recommended.
Weather
Along with my interest in
rockets, I also have an interest in the weather. Click
here to view local, regional,
national and even my backyard weather.
